Faultless actually. Reasonable value, nice quality, decent website, accurate description, properly wrapped and packaged, even the courier was decent enough. I suppose if I was being picky I'd argue there was no complimentary crate of Guinness and the courier wasn't Kylie, so don't rest on your laurel's just yet

These are really decent solid items and we bought them for new bespoke cupboards to match the full size doorknobs. I ordered the brass and hardwood versions but had the nickel and ebony versions delivered. A quick email had this sorted out within 24 hours and replacements were in their way to me. A big thanks to Steve and the rest of the team for dealing with everything so quickly. Great product and great service.
