Excellent service. Ordered on one day and it wad delivered on the next with no problem. All I would like is a measurement of the drilling distance between the fixings to make life just s little easier. I thought I saw it on the website originally but I could not find it again. And I am really lazy! Orherwise it works well, although not one neighbour has yet noticed it !!! I would certainly recommend this company for its products and its service - well done.

Good solid piece of hardware, better than the price would suggest. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5: supplied fixing threads are too short for many older front doors - you will probably need to get longer ones
